Epson has announced an amazing 22 new products, including printers, digital cameras and scanners.

Six new inkjet printers consolidate Epson's position as one of the leading inkjet manufacturers and its range now begins with the four-colour 720dpi Stylus Color 460 at £116.

Next up is the four-colour 1440dpi Stylus Color 660 at £139, followed by the marginally quicker four-colour 1440dpi Stylus Colour 760 with USB at £179. The Stylus Photo 750 Millennium Edition is a six-colour 1440dpi photographic printer finished in black and silver that costs £259, and it also offers USB connection.

Epson's three new digital cameras start with the £239 entry-level PhotoPC 650 - a 1.9 million pixel model with a 1152x864 resolution, a built-in flash and a 1.8in LCD panel. Next is the £539 two million pixel PhotoPC 800 with a 1984x1498 resolution and audio recording facility. The 2.1 million pixel PhotoPC 850z sits at the top of the range, with a 3x optical zoom, flashgun hotshoe and lens adaptor for £629. All models come with an 8Mb CompactFlash card and have a USB PC connection.

Cheapest of the flatbed scanners is the £119 Perfection 610, with a 600x2400dpi optical resolution and 36-colour depth. It connects via USB and works with both PCs and Macs.
