Q You previously explained how to remove the last part of
the text in the Internet Explorer title bar, having changed to another provider.
The method was to click Start, then Run, and type in
‘rundll32iedkcs32.dll,Clear’ and press Enter.
As I had a similar problem I thought I would try it. When I typed it in a box
appeared saying Windows didn’t recognise the file.
Having tried a couple of times without success I tried the alternative:
‘rundll32iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs’ and got the same result. Why
doesn’t it work?

A It perhaps wasn’t as clear as it could have been. You need
to type the command in with a space after the ‘rundll32’ bit. The rest of the
command should be typed in as printed, without spaces. Each time, type it in
without the opening or closing quote marks. Then press Enter to get it going.
